Real Love is not easily found, but when experienced, it is a beautiful thing. Mysterious in many ways, love makes its presence known through actions. Patient. Kind. Sweet. Selfless. Unconditional.
Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. (1 Corinthians 13:6, 7 NIV)
Love provides warmth on the coldest day, sunshine through the gray clouds, and rainbows after the storm. We can have it all: houses, cars, fame and fortune but without love, it means nothing.
I am thankful to have a life filled with love: in my home, from my husband & children, from my parents & siblings, from friends, church family and others who have become like family. Most importantly I am grateful for the love of God. He loved me so much He sent His only Son, to take my place on the cross at Calvary, simply for the chance for me to believe in Him, and spend eternity in His presence. (ref. John 3:16)
Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. (1 John 4:8 NIV)
Do you know the beauty of love?
